hey guys, im having a little problem. i have post count ranks except i want people who are able to use custum titles to have just thier custum titles and not the user post count rank. is there any way i can do this? and also, how can i move users from a different group?

i checked the import thing and was able to fix the reputation scale thing but i cant fix this user custum title thing and im gettin pissed. i tried like at least 8 different permission exceptions and none work. i know there is a way to fix this, can someone please help me!!
