I don't see any reason why a modification would not work on a specific style, it might be a bit more or less work to embed it depending on how the style was coded.

PS Nobody can see the style you are linking to as the URL contains a banned word (ie. that site is not allowed here).

lol, good looking out just noticed that now...but thanks for the quik response..so mods will work for any theme type fixed or not?

It should work for most styles, although there are some styles that use a Flash-type menu that might not be so easy to change. But i would say that you should not have ny problems with 90% of the styles. Fluid or fixed should not make much of a difference.
