How To Set All New Post Above And All Old Post At the Bottom????

Do you mean posts in terms of Time?

You have to go to Forums and Moderators > Forum Manager then edit each forum... in the Default Sort Field field, choose Thread Start Time...It will list it threads in order of time they were posted...so newer ones stay on top.
