what happens after this line of code is executed in the vbulletin system... Because I am trying to integreate these forums into my website design. and after this code

Located in the FOOTER common templates.
Theres still like 100 lines of HTML and what not that should appear after the end of Vbulletins forums/index.php file. I just copied all the contents of index.php and moved it into my main content area. I removed vbulletins doctype and html and body tags and head tags.
But that didn't really work, so What will work?
