vBulletin.org is all about sharing for free, so the chance that we will sell our scripts is almost zero.

Most of the modifications we are using are tied together on several levels and include functions that would be useless to others. For this reason a lot of the internal modifications are not released.

Indeed, many involve licensed/unlicensed checks and code for multiple mods included in the same files and plugins. It would just not be practical to seperate bits out (and edit them) for individual releases.
