Webcam Broadcast or "User Contributed Interactive TV-station"

Hi!

I am searching for an add-on that enables members to "Broadcast" via webcam. I guess it should exist but I haven't found it anywhere?

It would be something like this:

Each member would be able to have a web cam broadcast on his or her profile page. If a significant broadcast were planned, the member would enter information about this in his/her own "Broadcast Calendar", and/or, in a forum-wide calendar.

Example:

Conference "Discussion about very important stuff", March 25th 2008, 09.00-17.00 GMT +6.
The conference "Discussion about very important stuff" held in Calcutta will be broadcast live. Conference includes contribution from HotShot1, HotShot2, HotShot3?etc

Personal ramblings by Doreen Smith, March 27th 2008, 13.00-14.00 GMT-2.
Doreen Smith will continue her series of ramblings, this week she will focus on?etc

How to skin a cat by Darth Vaderson, March 28th 2008, 13.00-14.00 GMT+2.
Learn how to skin a cat quick and efficient. Participants will witness live when?. etc



Clicking on a link in the calendar would take the visitor to the profile page where it would also be options like full screen, enable sound etc

An extended version would make it possible to have online conferences/brain storming with several participants broadcasted, a moderator/producer choosing who should be presented with "big screen" with the others as thumb nails, viewers can ask questions via chat-style functionality, participants/viewers can be limited to specified user-groups etc

Does anyone know if a mod like this exists? All ingredients exist of course, but does a mod fully integrated with vBulletin exist? If not, is anyone willing to create one?

I'm sure it would be a very appreciated function on many if not all boards! It would make the forum to a sort of user contributed interactive TV-station!
