Default Member List usergroup based access permissions
I would like to provide usergroup based access permissions. That means, a usergroup1 can only access member List of permitted usergroups.

If I have 6 usergroup as below
Usergroup-registered1
Usergroup-registered2
Usergroup-registered3
Usergroup-registered4
Usergroup-registered5
Usergroup-registered6
Adminstrators
Moderators
Super Moderators

I would like to Usergroup-registered1 to only access the member list of Usergroup-registered1 and anyother group I can specify.

Can someone help me how to do it?
