Can't Upload Avatars

everytime i try or any member tries i get this error

Imageinfo Failed:
/identify: not found

also when i go to image settings under image verification library nothing shows up just a broken link red X where the image should be

any help please thanks in advance

You have set your board to use ImageMagick and this is either not installed or you did not enter the correct path.

Check your vBulletin Image options, and either set the correct path to ImageMagick or set to use GD instead.

You might need to contact your host for more information.

I have everything on GD and GD True Type Font and same thing and still no go

not sure exactly, i uploaded everything that came with my vbulletin if it was in their it should be there is it a certain file??? thanks for all your help

Both GD and ImageMagick are not part of vBulletin, but are server-side "tools" that can be used by vBulletin.

As i suggested before: contact your host to ask what image processing library is installed on your server and how to configure it (in case of IM).

thanks for all your help i thought it was a vbulletin isse....i have gone into the php config configuration on my server and set it all up thanks for all the help
