Strange Color Shade Issue
Hi,
In the forum that I admin, I see this blue shade on some of the posts. I think my Second Alternating Color is not configured right, but I don't really understand how CSS works, though I am learning. This is what I've put in the Style Manager for the Second Alternating Color: #869BBF url(images/gradients/gradient_tcat_black.gif) repeat-x top left And this is the result I get: http://forums.digitalcinemasociety.o...2007-12-12&c=1 I really don't want to change the color or gradient, and I think there's ways to manipulate the CSS. I am learning, but I'm still a beginner. Thanks for your help. |

I'm not seeing any blue colour but then this maybe down to the high resolution I'm using so it's not picking up that blue colour that your viewing. Try changing the hex value (#869BBF) which will be the blue your seeing to something similiar to the gradient colour.
Try using some kind of eye dropping tool to get an exact dark colour match so that the colour matches and appears seamless or extend the height of the gradient. Edit: Try using this hex value #757575 instead of the #869BBF your currently using. |
