addon for last x post title on Non-VB page

Hi
I'v seen Persians installed an other version of this Last X Posts Titles on their board. The hack they got also display the Forum's Name in which the topic was posted and display the topic starter and the last poster.

well, Now I want to have the same addon on the hack which is available on vb.org
Actually there are only 2 things that should be displayed :
(Number "3" and "4" in the following example) :

1.Last X Posts Titles
2.last poster's name | 3.Forum | 4.Topic starter


I tried many times to include those addons but all was in vain . :erm:
If any one knows how to include these addons on this great hack , please let me know or if u made one with these extra addons please upload it here .

Utilize your external data provider to do this. You can pretty much get the same result with a bit of tweaking.

Thanks for the information, well, but I'm not a real coder! , just an amateur so I only play with codes to edit a hack .
It would be appreciated if u tell me which code is good to be added to have Forum name and topic starter on the hack according to the picture in the first post .
