I rarely use the send email feature as I like to have a record of what I say at least for a while. But if it could be possible to Save my admin mails into a text file to check later I'd love to use admin mail more.
Trouble is if there is a problem about instruction I send I do need to re-send - or prove I said something the way I actually did.

Anyone know a hack/ mod like this?

Would be great if it was an option so I can write a mail, select usergroup/s as recipients, them toggle Save or not - I guess it would need a warning popup "You haven't chosen to Save this message - are you sure you don't want to Save?"

Why not send the email to yourself at the same time? That is one easy way to keep a copy.
