Forum and subforums listing

Hi all,

We would like to change something but I don't have a clue where nor how...

If you have something like this ==>

Forum
-Subforum
-Subforum 2

The 2 subforums wil be at the top if you click on Forum and that "forum" is below the subs. I want that reversed. Because we want to place a sticky in to that board but it's kinda useless if it's below the subforums, members wont even know it's there.

Any idea?
