guys what mods do you recommed to encourage others to post and become active

like thank you mod etc

we use the arcade along with the points system so people have to get points to be able to play in the arcade. this has made our forum very very active

I guess Ad Sharing does if you use advertisements on your site. Chance of making money for posting and so on.

There's things like Shoutboxes and arcade games that give users extra reasons to come to your forum if the forum itself isnt necessarily reason enough, but be careful with what you do. Some may distract people from posting and actually have the opposite to intended effect.
