Advertising on the site that can be handled by a Mod?

I am looking at having some advertising on my site (www.midwestdieselconnection.com) and was wondering if anybody knows of a simple easy to use system that I can have one of my Mods handle. I have Cyb-Flash_Image Banner Rotator on there now, but a Mod can't do anything with it and neither can another Admin. I do not want to give anyone any more power on the site than what they have now. Anybody have a solution for me?
