How do I change the title of my forum I done it once and I can't remember how to do it. I also can't find it in the search

ACP -> vBulletin Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details

I meant the title bar of the forums. like up top where it yeas vBulletin.org Forums. Theres a way to change that I just can't remember how. Sorry about my wording
