hello there how to disable pm for new register untile they made xx posts ? can any one help me pleasee

Change the permissions for the Registered Users usergroup to disallow them to send PMs.

Make a new usergroup that is allowed to use PMs.

Set a promotion so that once members make a certain number of posts, they are moved from the Registered Users to the new usergroup.
