I seem to be having a problem in the vB shout where I am getting a lot of " recently. I'm not sure what's kicked it off, but " works fine in the forum.

for that, you have to refer to the product's own thread, not starting a thread of its own for support...

There's a fix in the thread for that mod. It has been uploaded a few times as an attachment. You'll have to look through the thread though to find it.
