Please help me out...

I want to create an online marketplace, just like the one found at Sitepoint.com, to take a quick look, you can visit: http://www.sitepoint.com/marketplace/

What i really want to know is what are the mods used in vbulletin that will allow me to create an online marketplace that functions in s similar way.

If was to develop a site like sitepoints marketplace, how will it cost me?

does anyone have any experience developing vbulletin in this way.

At sitepoints auction, sellers are able to place "Buy It Now" auctions and sitepoint is charging for each auction posting.

the marketplace categories are featured at the top and new listings are at the bottom.

How can i get my vbulletin site to work this way?
