Help "OVERLOAD!!!!!

Ok so our site isnt working!!! everytime we get on it reads a error and then i get a message in my email saying

Looks like the same issue as here

The table needs to be repaired. Go into your admin panel, select Maintenance, then Repair/Optimize tables. Click the Check All box, then Continue. Run it 2-3 times and see if that clears up your problem.

it wont let me even in the control panel! it wont let me on the board at all this is what is says

Go into phpMyAdmin and repair the tables from there. It's located in your cPanel, Plesk, etc.

ok im in phpmyadmin but im not sure what to click on , i went to the link posted and seen your instructions but i dont see the things yo uare talking about?

OK, when you first start out in phpMyAdmin: select your Database from the left-hand dropdown menu, then place a check to any table you need to repair, then go all the way to the bottom and look for "With selected:" and select "Repair table".
