Separate corner images at the ends of "gradient_tcat" sections

Hi, at the top of each section on the forum index there's the usual "gradient_tcat.gif" headers, but lots of forums I've seen have rounded corners or custom images at the ends of thwe rows, how do you add them?

Eg: This image;
