Error message when opening PMs

I am using Mozilla Thunderbird. Still when i receive notification of a private message, there is a double slash (//) in the link to read the message. (see below)

Here is the full message:

Remove the ending / from your forum URL:

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details -> Forum URL
