Adding a box above the forums / under the navbar

I would want to add a box under the navbar that would look like the normal boxes that include the different forum categories.

I would like it to show above the Pokeri-Uutiset box here on my site Pokerimestari.com - Nettipokeri

What is the code I should use? Can this be done? How do I make it collapsable as the rest?
