I want to setup a notification systems that will notify me when a certain user visits the forum.
Can I do this and how would I do it.

Sure it can be possible... but it is not coded yet, as you're the first to require such a feature...

next time though, post your suggestions in the "Modification Not Available?" forum, so coders have a quicker view on it.
