Create thread remotely?
vb 3.6.x and up
At work, the servers do not allow me to access my website/url because I got tagged as an adult site due to the sites that link to me...... any way....... I would like to be able to create new threads from work during my lunch break but I can't get to my site via the web due to this restriction. Is there some sort of script I can type up my post into, enter the username/password and forum id and it would enter my post as a new thread? Anyone know of anything like this? I've been reading all the automated posts and stuff via the search, but not finding anything that is trying to do it quite from this angle as I'm asking. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks! |

Its not worth loosing your job over, just type your threads into word and post them when you get home.

I'm on a construction jobsite. Not some IT or corporate type job. Not really worried about it. That's why I was asking if there was a way to post without accessing the site. Technically would never be on the site so the block shouldn't be affected.
Cuz I can log into my site via ftp and everything. just not via http: webbrowsers |

If it's not on a shared host, try accessing your site by IP.

or you can simply drop the adult sites that are related to you, you will regain legal access...

But dropping those sites is going to take time. I'll try the IP idea. Should of thought of that.
