How to view sub-forum as home?
Is there any way or any mod out there which makes a sub forum appear as the board's home? So without an URL linking to the forum's 'real' home in the nav bar and so on? Any help would be appreciated.
Also, what's up with the "imported" which was added to the username here? I haven't visitted vbulletin.org in quite some time obviously. |

1) It is possible, but that would require a seperate license for each of the sub-forums that you create this way.
2) When we merged vBulletin-Templates with vB.org, your username was already in use with a different email address. |

Is it possible to edit the template somehow just to remove the
vBulletin.org Forum / Community Discussions / Programming Discussions so it would just say Community Discussions / Programming All the forums would still show in the searches of would be accessable. I dont know if this is possible but I am trying to do the same thing. |

As i said before, that would require multiple vBulletin licenses.
You will not see a solution for this posted here on vBulletin.org as it would be an invitation to break the license agreement, you can review the agreement at License Agreement |

I don't see in the vBulletin License Agreement why it would be a violation to change a few templates or even remove the entire nav bar if I wanted to, which does the same thing. It would still be one installation and no modification to the software or database.

Not if you do it with the aim to make it seem like multiple installations (ie. remove the link to the rest of the board).
