Issue with Promotions & User Titles
I had set up custom user titles which are based on minimum post count (controled in admin cp).
I recently created a promotion from one usergroup to another. When I did this, it somehow disabled all of my custom user titles that were based on the minimum post count. Now it is only showing the two usergroup titles rather then my custom user titles. I cannot get the custom user titles to display anymore. I hope it makes sense. It was a little difficult figuring out how to word this. Can someone tell me why this is happening and how to make this work please? I do not want the usergroup title ("Registered Users") to show up. I want my custom user titles ("Rookie Analyst") to show up. Thanks! |

Take a look at your new usergroup you made.
There is a field: User Title Make sure this is blank. Quote:
If blank it will / should use: AdminCP => User Titles => User Title Manager If you want all users in that group no mater their post count always have a title "Rookie Analyst" then fill in the blank "User Title" area with Rookie Analyst. When your done. AdminCP => Maintenance => Update Counters - Update User Titles and Ranks |
