Help! I screwed up badly!
I have vBulletin version 3.5.3. I was working on removing a mod called vBChat 2.3. I removed all files pertaining to the mod. In doing so, it unfortunately changed the look of my forum.
I have a backup from a few months back where the templates are perfect. How can I dump the templates from a previous backup (where I backed up all the files, not the SQL tables)? |

Backed up templates?
Like back up a skin.. if so you can just import the skin again and change what you messed up on =\ |

No, not the skin. I mean templates... like FORUMHOME, etc. Is there a way to restore templates from a backup of some kind? Are they stored within a file on the server, for instance? I'm in the dark about this right now.

You can simply revert the template.

Templates get stored in a table in the database. If you don't have an SQL back-up then there is no way of getting your templates back. You can however, as Scribbller said, revert the template back to the vbulletin default.
