Any info on how i would fix this...below is a link to a screenshot of what is wrong...The advanced reply box goes outside the forum table and im not to sure how to fix that, or where to even go to fix that...

lol, the reason its stretching like that is because ur smilies are HUGE and pushing it over. Only put the smaller ones out in front, and the bigger ones in "More"
In addition, u can find that color change in .panel |

also, how do i only put the smaller ones out in front...Code i need to put a number near each smilie instead of just leaving it as 1? |

I'd suggest...
1. Only 2 columns for your smilies. -or- 2. Use Princetons hack that moves the smiley box to below rather than to the side of the text box. |

i going to have to search for that hack...I think i like the sound of that...Question for you, how do i go about only using 2 columns of smilies...I was looking for an option somewhere to do that but couldnt find it...
