Check box for moderating posts missing!

Can someone please help me figure out what happened and what I need to do to fix this??

Normally when you're in a thread, reading the posts (as a moderator and/or admin), there's a box next to each person's posts that you can click and then go down to the drop down and choose what to do with it (approve, close, etc.). This box is missing.

I tried disabeling/enabling the AJAX and that did not work.

Does anyone have a solution to my problem?! I can't moderate posts at this point.

Please create a new Style with no Parent set. Now browse the forum using this new style, do you still have the same problems? If you are troubleshooting login issues, you will need to set this style as board default in the vBulletin Options.

If I do this, will I lose the custom design on my forum? Or any of the hacks installed?

No adding a new style will not make you loose your other styles, but it can be used to quickly check if the problem is in one of your styles or not.

Thank you so much. I'm positive it's with my new style. It happened after we uploaded iTrader to the forum. I had the check boxes before it was installed and they were gone after???

Can anyone suggest what else I can do? I'm really stuck w/out it at this point.

To troubleshoot this, please remove any hacks and disable your plugins, then see if you still have this problem.

Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

If your problem still exists, please create a new Style with no Parent set. Now browse the forum using this new style, do you still have the same problems? If you are troubleshooting login issues, you will need to set this style as board default in the vBulletin Options.
