Active user permissions?
I also posted this on vbulletin but I know this can or should be a hack to be discussed here. I'm assuming that this can be somewhat similar to the Welcome Headers mod:
I don't know exactly how to title my question but is there a way to where you can set an expiration date to members who just sign up to use your resources and never post? In other words, there are users who only sign on just to get information and access forums that wouldn't be available to them if they didn't. Can there be a way to prevent this? A message that tells them "These forums are available to Active members only", thus forcing them to post after a period of inactivity that can be set by the Administrator. I know this can be a custom hack on vbulletin.org but does vbulletin have such feature? |
