The Black arrow, as you can see is ruining the template. The red arrows are the smilies i cannot click on.

Anyone know how i can fix this?

you can reduce the number of columns to display smilies ...
OR, you can move the smilies below the editor ...
OR, replace the smilies with smaller ones

That would be pretty sweet to have the smilies located in the bottom of the text field just like vbulletin.org.

How do i accomplish this?

I search for mods for smilies and didn't get anything that deals with layout.

Maybe switch the locations with the Post Icons and Smilies?

Look in Princeton's profile, there is a hack there that accomplishes putting the smilies below the reply box.
