Expire User from Usergroup 2 to usergroup 3
Hi Vbulletin
Execellent job you guys!. i've been using VBulletin for sometime now have just upgraded to 3.6.4 My question is, How do i expire a user from a paid member to registered user? Scenario: -User pays to get paid member status for 3 months -Admin sets user to Paid Members group after user pays -Admin sets it from 6th february 2006 to 6 may 2006 -3months is over -User is automatically expired to Registered members group Would appreciate it if anyone could help me on this? Thank Tom |

It happens automatically. When the subscription is bought they get put in the premium group for the subscription. When the time elapses then they are put back in registered group if they don't renew. You do have to create the new groups. After that everything is done for you.

hi AWS
thanks! what i'm looking at isn't for the paid members to access certain sections. i need the paid members to have certain functions site wide like: -Bigger PM -Signatures so when the time is up they go back to registered members and they wont have those features. the subcription manager only allows the subscribed members to access certain forums. but not do anything with their usergroup? |

once you setup the user groups. then just edit the user group permissions the way you want them. and when there subscription is over there diverted back to a registerd user and that user group permissions.
