Need an easy streaming video hosting app

I want to integrate streaming video onto my site but I have no idea of the best way to go about it.

There'll be no webcams, no user-uploaded video, etc. It'll be an assortment of 10-15 different videos that I'll upload - some short (<5 min), some long (>15min).

No preference as of now as to a file type - the solution I find will determine that.

Any suggestions? I'm not a coder, so it'd have to either be easy to set up or have some pretty good support behind it.

edit... OK - I'm not looking for a hosting app - not sure why I typed that in the subject. Looking for something my members can use to view streaming video.
