Help with a java Menu

Hi

I have a java menu at the top of my old Yabb board and am trying to get it to work on my new VB board.

In IE the main menu will display and the drop downs work but it scrolls off the page. On the old board it stays at the top of the page the whole time.

In Firefox it displays but the drop downs will not work and it scrolls off the page.

Any help will be much appreciated.
