Adsence Hide "Public Adds"

I did a search here, because there was a thread that explained how you can collapse your adsence banners when they show public service adds. But I can't find the thread now.

Does anybody know the code that you use, that when you Google Adsence banners show public adds, or a background colour you choose to be shown in place of public service adds. How you can collapse the add instead to show nothing
