What happened to being able to select a theme? That's my biggest gripe with the new style.

Sorry, but I highly doubt that typing in large bold text is going to get your point across any differently.

The way I see it is this... whether you like it or not, it's only a style. If a style is the only thing that keeps you at this site, maybe this site is not for you. Is it set up the way you want? Not always, and not everything is always going to be tip top right off the bat. The only thing you can do is make creative suggestions, which you are not doing such, and just seem to be looking to draw attention to yourself. Things are still new, it's going to take some getting used to, you just have to view it with an mind open to the change. If you do not, then you will never get over this, and if that is the case, it's probably best for you to just leave if it bothers you that much that in every thread you feel the need to complain, and give little, if nothing constructive.

Paul, and the rest of the vB staff are going to run things how they feel neccissary. Things may or may not change, but less than 24 hours into it, you can not expect them to address, and fix every single issue or request by every member. You can give suggestions, but if your suggestions are not in a positive, constructive manner then it is highly unlikely they will be addressed.

That being said, I like the new things that the team brought to the table. The styles I am not so crazy about, but the other things are good, and I am looking forward for what the future has in store. Thanks to the staff for your hard work.

I like this new style. Very nicely integrated, and not bad on the eyes either.

I personally think the old Smooth Blue style looked like crap.

IMO: Big big mistake going to this style. From a graphics standpoint the previous one was LIGHTYEARS ahead of this one. I understand the need for change and to add functionality, etc.. I'm speaking from a graphics/visualization standpoint. Its a shame to give up something so good to be honest.

*slaps forhead* It only took me 3 scans through the CP to find it.

But still, the options are less creative than the old options. I don't mind the overall formatting changes that happened, but definitely preferred the old color scheme options that included the darker-palette choices.

Smooth blue did look like crap, and never knew how it got to be the default last year
