Default Unliscenced Question
Hi,

Just wondering, do you have to resubmit your email address via vB if you've already done it for your vB account, and you want to register here? I had our main administrator validate my email address for priority support, and I'm wondering if it will have to be redone.

It shouldn't you seem to be showing as licenced.

I am having problems with the 'licensing check' myself. I have edited, updated, confirmed, and REchecked my email address both on vbulletin.com, as well as my usercp here and they match perfectly, but no luck in opening this board back up to me. What gives?

You are currently showing up as unlicensed.

I've waited several hours....several days in fact, and still it is showing me as unlicensed. Can someone help me fix this?

It's still showing the same thing...this is frustrating.

There is nothing we can do about your licence status, it is an automated system that compares your email with all registered support email addresses on the vbulletin licence database. Your email here must not be currently associated with a valid licence.

I must have been looking wrong.

Your email address is only set in the Expired Leased license in your name. With an expired leased license, you can not run vBulletin and will show as unlicensed here.
