Can someone recommend to me someone who is reputable and reasonable in cost to install a skin for me as well as design a logo for my site. I see a ton of premade skins available but don't know how to install them myself. Is there a tutorial available somewhere?

I'm running Vb3.64 + vbadvanced + PPClassifieds and soon PPReviewPost

It is quite easy, Just follow the vBulletin Manual and it is IMO self explanatory... If you need a hand, contact me via PM.
