That is a great start............I would add some forum statusicon's of some sort and get rid of the standard icon's. Also look at changing your "new thread", "closed thread" buttons too.........If you look in the button's section here, there are a bunch to choose from.....
This will help give your forum a bit more personality...... |

Can't really say too much about it, Only footer and header where changed..
As said above , Get new buttons in, New style design in to eye catch your members with your skin |

Now, the look you have... change it to the totally default package from the site. Looks much better together.
Now my only other suggestion right now: If your not going to put anything with the "home" button, remove what's there and put it all the way to the right. Than add what ever else you want to that... |

Talk Directories ... The place to discuss forums .. I don't get it .. it's forums? Directories? a bit hard to understand
You are using the default VB skin almost unmodified. Still the header looks nice (would work on the text more though) and the footer is also ok. You still have some more work on the layout |

You might want to consider having less forums until your community starts to grow. Also, I agree with the others that you need to customize your skin more.
