If you are an admin you accomplish this by going to Edit in the admin menu at the bottom-right of the page.
If you want your users to be able to edit it, you go to Admin CP > Options > and set the number of minutes that they're allowed to edit it. |

Same problem here. For most other settings, setting the time to 0 will disable the limit. But for "Time limit on editing of thread title" 0 actually means 0.
Maybe this should be added to the To-Do list for v2.1? |
