ACP Menus Integrations

Hey everyone

Im kinda new to make plugins for vBulletin, so I thought that I might ask here before starting, what Im trying to do is to make a small plugin that will integrate itself into the ACP.

But what I looking for is some sort of Tutorial that can help me make my plugin make a menu in the left frame, if anyone gets me. Is there some sort of cheat sheet to what XML Tags you can use to tell vBulletin to make those menus?
