Question Custom profile fields. Let members decide who can view specific field infos?

Hi

I run a Forum for medical patients and I added a few profile fields with patient history, illnesses (all optional), etc. which are all sensitive information.

Even though the infos are optional I would like my users to be able to decide who can view the informations.

I would like to create a custom profile field with a drop down select menu where the user can choose:

"Who should be allowed to view your medical informations?"

[Everyone, including Guests]
[Every registered member]
[Only User from UsergroupXY]
[Only People I have on my Buddy List]
[Only Moderators/Supermoderators]
[Only Administrators]

How could I achieve this?

Any help is much appreciated
