Ok my forum is at
http://blazextreme.com/forum/

i wanna make the permanent url no matter what url they visit to:

http://forum.blazextreme.com

Now that url has been setup but when i visit
http://blazextreme.com/forum/

all urls still work under http://blazextreme.com/forum/ and not as the subdomain url

can anybody help?

You need to setup a subdomain for your website.

If you're sitting on cpanel host, it's as simple as making a subdomain called forum.blazextreme.com and adding a user callled forum as an ftp user. Just transfer your mysql database there and you'll be laughing.
