Default Birthday skin - read me!
I got an idea.

Make a birthday skin that users can only use when it is their birthday! Is this possible? I can make a js script to make balloons float up... what do you think? I can make the actual skin, but I will need someone to make the code so that it only works when it is your birthday...

Edit: Can someone move this to unpaid requests? sorry
