Urgent Help: the vbulletin eat all my CPU?

My server is flying for the high loads that give the vBulletin. I see SSH and it exits that these files gives very high loads, of up to 7.5 of usage of CPU:
/usr / bin / php forumdisplay.php
/usr / bin / php showthread.php
/usr / bin / php showthread.php

For fixing it has gone up all the files of my current version again (3.6.4) , I have removed all the hacks (it defines ('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); ) is there disabled RSS, and does anything, continue high the usage of the server, do I have server load of up to 7 points, ?that it can be happening?

A server load of 7 isn't normal
