Colorize/stylize thread title

Hello,

I have request for modification.

I search for modification, which can colorize/stylize(bold, italic, underline) the thread title text.

I have one condition... Only admins and moderators can colorize/stylize title.

(Or add optional settings in ACP, who can colorize titles.)

I found only Thread Cosmetics V1.0 , but this mod need Vbplaza installed and i don't want install vBplaza through this hack.

So, can anyone help me?

BTW: There is one other way how to colorize. Make a modification, which allows vBulletin tags (B, I, U, COLOR, ...) in thred title for Admin/Mod.
