Darat I know that is thead (table header) but if I change the bottom I change also the top (where is written "forum,Last Post,threads,etc behind the forum bar)
So what can I do?

Find the template that creates that particular table and cell, then change the style of just that element - either by overriding it i.e adding a "style=....." or create a new style in the "additional CSS" section and then replace the thead style with your new one.
