Paid Eikinskjaldi to create mod, wont support errors.

I paid Eikinskjaldi to create a mod for our company forums that allow moderators to approve members in the user moderation queue. Well we have experienced a few errors with the mod but Eikinskjaldi won't even respond to my pm's saying he'll help or won't help. He's been online several times since I sent him the two or three pm's.

I couldn't find a feedback option on members so I'm posting this here. If this is posted in the wrong place I apologize.
