I was wondering I've seen it done on other forums, how do you make usergroup/name colors appear in the shout box?

HTML markup in usergroup options would change that
Like it affects "whos online" box and posts as well

It is changing the who's online, and the post bit. But it isnt showing on the Shoutbox or the user pages.
