I am interested in INDEXU but I need my visitors to have single logon with vBulletin already installed on my server v. 3.6.4

Can someone help me in that. Is there a Logon API for vBulletin that I can use to pass id and password infomration to vBulletin so that i can have a standalone logon interface on a separate non vb page on my site
